Angeline has more than 20 years in human resource development, learning and culture development, change management & communications, and employee engagement. These are spread over the education, healthcare, leadership consultancy and retail industries, and the public sector. In change management projects, Angeline has partnered internal and external project teams in the conceptualisation and implementation of various IT systems. She led in the design and rollout of a new corporate Mission, Vision and Core Values when the organisation pivoted to a new business focus. She also facilitated the transiting and settling in of teams of employees affected by corporate restructuring. In her various interventions to develop individuals, teams and the organisation, Angeline has creatively used various tools and knowledge to customise these interventions. She is a certified Emergenetics® and Soundwave® coach, an Action Learning coach, a practitioner of Peter Senge’s field of work around learning organisation and systems thinking, a certified Prosci® change agent and Lego® Six Bricks, and an IAF Endorsed® Facilitator.

In her work, she is guided by her passion to empower others to lead themselves, by her belief that conversations are crucial to relationships, and managing diversity is key to a thriving system. Angeline volunteers with the International Association of Facilitators (IAF) Singapore Chapter and is the current President. Some clients that Angeline has partnered with are: Singapore Institute of Management Group (SIM), Institute of Technical Education (ITE), Singapore Mass Rapid Transit (SMRT), Samsung Electronics (Singapore), and the National Volunteer & Philanthropy Centre (NVPC). She has worked with the Centre for Non-Profit Leadership (CNPL) to conduct Boardpulse action and strategic planning sessions for various NPO Boards.
