Christy Davis is a globally recognized collaboration strategist and facilitator with more than 30 years of international experience helping leaders, organizations, and networks navigate complexity, align diverse stakeholders, and build high-impact partnerships across sectors, cultures, and geographies. Her career spans multinational corporations, international development, academia, social innovation, and civil society.

She began at FedEx, leading operational excellence and quality initiatives across more than 30 countries in Asia Pacific and in global roles based in the United States, an experience that shaped her disciplined approach to large-scale change. She subsequently held leadership and advisory positions with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), World Vision International, Singapore Management University, and a range of nonprofit and social impact organizations. As Founder and Director of the Asia P3 Hub, Christy built a regional platform spanning 17 countries and brokered more than 25 cross-sector partnerships, convening governments, businesses, foundations, nonprofits, and community organizations around shared goals.

Today, she advises leaders and organizations on collaboration strategy, partnership development, stakeholder alignment, and network activation. She serves on the boards of two global nonprofits, advises a Singapore-based social enterprise, mentors partnership professionals internationally, and lectures in civil society leadership. Christy is an accredited SoundWave certified coach practitioner, and partners with SoundWave Global’s Lim Kim Pong to cohost “Everything is Conversation”, a podcast launched in 2026 that explores how everyday conversations shape leadership, culture, trust, and results. Her passion is helping people and organizations work across boundaries to achieve what they cannot accomplish alone.
