Surathin is the Representative Director of Rasmussen Consulting Thailand and Co-Founder of BRAVEWAY. A facilitator, trainer, and learning architect working at the intersection of communication, strengths, and strategic thinking, he partners with multinational organizations across the ASEAN region in both English and Thai to strengthen collaboration, alignment, and strategic clarity. Surathin is Thailand’s first Gallup Certified Strengths Coach (2013) and has been a LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Facilitator since 2014, trained directly by Robert Rasmussen, the Main Architect of the method. In 2025, he became the first SoundWave Accredited Coach Practitioner from Thailand. His professional journey spans leadership roles at Gallup, Mitsui & Co., Aon Hewitt, Thai Beverage, Nikkei, and Teach For Thailand. Today, his signature programs — Strategic Communications, Strategic Collaboration, Strategic Decision Making, and Strategic Innovation — integrate SoundWave, CliftonStrengths, and LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® into immersive experiences for participants across hundreds of organizations.
